Ingredients
  

  • 4 crawfish tails
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper assorted colors - (I left this out. Don't care for them)
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup tomatoes halved
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • scotch bonnet peppers adjust to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup water save water from boiling lobster
  • 1 cup melted butter
