- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced bell pepper assorted colors - (I left this out. Don't care for them)
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup tomatoes halved
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- scotch bonnet peppers adjust to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup water save water from boiling lobster
- 1 cup melted butter
